• If the customer terminate the subscription within the Minimum Contract Period, the Customer shall be liable to pay the charges for the remainder of the expired Minimum Contract Period.
• The scope of installation of the free premiums is only limited to the first computer (desktop/laptop) connection. Subsequent connections are chargeable at RM50 per computer connection.
• The brand and model of all premiums given free in the respective promotion is subject to TIME discretion.
• TIME reserves the rights to replace the brand and model of the free premiums at its discretion. All premiums are covered under and subject to the terms of warranty from the manufacturer.
• TIME is not responsible for any defects of premium due to manufacturer or user's fault.
